A wholly-owned subsidiary of Toray Industries Inc., Japan, PENFABRIC is a vertically integrated textile manufacturer based in Penang, Malaysia. Its three Mills undertake weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing operations to produce grey fabrics, finished fabrics, piece-dyed fabrics, printed fabrics and yarn-dyed (gingham) fabrics. PENFABRIC offers a wide range of innovative products including polyester/cotton, cotton rich, cotton, organic cotton as well as other functional fibers and yarns in a variety of blends such as Polyester/Rayon, Polyester/Tencel®, Recycled Polyester, Polyester/Micro Modal, Full Dull Micro Polyester, Cordura® NYCO, Lycra®, Luana®, CEO® Alpha, Micro Viento®, T400® and Sorona® in heavyweight, lightweight, yarn dyed, printed and grey fabrics. These products are mostly exported to the US, Europe, Asia and the Far East for the purposes of shirting, blouses, workwear, sportswear, suits and pants, outerwear, casual wear, home textiles, industrial and other non-apparel usages.

These products are woven by PENFABRIC's cutting edge Air Jet weaving looms capable of producing a wide range of yarn counts in different fabric constructions and weave types such as Twill, Canvas, Serge, Dobby, Sateen, Rip Stop, Herringbone, Bedford Cord, Duck, etc.
Also available is a comprehensive collection of premium yarn-dyed fabrics ranging from poplin to dobby with different fibre combinations and finishings. PENFABRIC is able to provide services for handloom, yarn-skein and sample-making before going into bulk production.
To bring your products to life, PENFABRIC has an in-house design studio and high tech printing machines such as Laser & Stork rotary printers and digital printing machines. The latest Toray technologies are utilised to meet all your printing requirements, including disperse, reactive and pigment printing on fabrics for 100% polyester, 100% cotton, polyester/ cotton blends with various weave structures, etc. Another unique feature of Penfabric’s superior products is the unmatched fabric touch and handle achieved through Air Soft and Lafer treatments.
