I didn't receive a confirmation email after creating an account
A welcome email is normally sent within five minutes of you submitting the registration form. If you didn’t receive it, please follow these steps:

	Check your email’s junk/spam folder. 
- 
	If you still didn't receive an email, go back to LYCRA ONE™ and try again. 
- 
	Click the “Log in” button. 
- 
	Click the "I forgot my password" text. 
- 
	Enter your email address (be sure to check it for typos). 
- 
	Click “Reset password.” 
- 
	If you still don’t receive a confirmation email, you may have made a typo when you originally entered your email address. You will need to set up a new account with the correct password.
