Our largest factory Habitus Fashion Ltd. has been in operation since spring 2014. On an area of ​​approx. 33,000 m² there are modern production buildings built according to the highest European safety standards, offices, a staff canteen, an infirmary and a day-care center for children.

Currently around 2700 workers (78% women/22% men) work in 30 lines and spread over 2 floors. An extension to 3 floors with approx. 3500 workers is planned for 2019.

From the beginning, Habitus Fashion was planned and built based on the “lean production” concept. With this efficient production concept, we are setting a milestone in Bangladesh in terms of high quality standards and error minimization. The knowledge and skills of the employees are at the highest level and are constantly being improved through training and further education. The quality of the goods is checked by about 118 QC at different stages of production.

In addition to knitted and woven items for sports and fashion, with Habitus we are also able to produce items with bonded (CWS) and sealed seams (e.g. ski, snowboard, rainwear). Furthermore: Lasercut machines, our own screenprint unit and our own circular knitting machines.

Habitus Fashion is certified by BSCI, ACCORD, SEDEX, ICS, SCAN, SCS and FairTrade. We are a member of the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) / The Higg Index.
